Alexa Curtis, Therapist

Life can be difficult to navigate, but the good news is that you don’t have to do it alone.

There can be many obstacles and hardships in life, including difficult family dynamics, personal relationships, mental health challenges, career transitions, and more. Life is difficult, and we all need support.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have experience working with children, adults, and families with a history of trauma, mental health and substance abuse issues, and a strong focus with pre-adoptive youth and families.

I am particularly passionate about working with individuals to overcome symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma, so they can thrive. I provide a safe, supportive, and person centered, focused approach to therapy. I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW-C #21662), and I use a variety of methods including motivational interviewing and trauma-focused CBT.

Reaching out is the first step. Contact me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards healing.
