Meridith Jones, Therapist

It is a privilege to support my clients as they develop and use their strengths to overcome life’s challenges.

I am a compassionate and empathetic therapist with a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s various challenges. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their emotions, process difficult experiences, and work towards healing.

I have experience working with children, adults, and families who have histories with trauma, substance use disorders, mental health concerns, medical diagnoses and complications, and grief and loss. My style combines evidence-based and person-centered techniques that are tailored to meet your unique needs.

Whether you are coping with loss, working through trauma, experiencing depression or anxiety, or struggling to navigate the many challenges of life, I am here to help you heal, grow, and create a path forward filled with meaning and hope. Together, we will work on strengthening coping skills, building lasting resilience, and fostering a deeper sense of self-compassion and overall well-being.

On a more personal note, I have lived in the Baltimore area since 2013 and enjoy reading, trying new recipes, finding new podcasts, a good nap, and spending time with my family. I would love to connect with you, so please reach out!
