Rachel Helphenstine, Therapist Intern
Supporting my clients on their journey toward healing and empowerment is such a privilege for me.
I recognize the importance of creating unique approaches for each client based on their specific needs and circumstances. I am passionate about helping clients unpack what might be holding them back from the abundance that life has to offer them. My style incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, and a strengths-based approach to help create and reach specific goals with clients.
I am working toward my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University with intent to graduate in the spring of 2025. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Towson University and worked in the human services field before going to graduate school.
I live in Baltimore with my husband and our sweet ball of energy mini goldendoodle, Penny. I look forward to continuing to establish deep roots in Baltimore. Please send me an email if you would like to connect, I would love to hear from you!
